Processing time varies by item. The current lead time is listed on each product page. Orders ship after the posted processing time.

Estimated transit times

• Canada: 2–8 business days

• USA: 2–9 business days

• International: 5–22 business days
  Transit times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Customs & import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage/handling fees. Customs inspections may cause delays beyond the estimates above.

U.S. orders (DDU/DAP)

• Ships DDU/DAP (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

• Shipping paid at checkout covers postage/handling only.

• Import duties, taxes, and carrier/brokerage fees are not included and are collected by the carrier at delivery or pickup.

• If import charges are refused or unpaid, the parcel may be delayed or returned; original shipping charges are non-refundable and reshipment costs may apply.
